I was born in Panama where my grandparents
met and married during the construction of the Panama Canal. I lived
there and in Mexico City before moving to Houston, TX, at age ten.
Following a sojourn in the Washington D.C. area, a degree from Georgetown
University (School of Foreign Service, ‘68)
and studies at Corcoran College of Art and Design, I decided to pursue
a career in photography, specializing in architectural and interior
design photography. In 1989 my focus began to shift to fine art. Additional
studies in fine art resumed at the University of California in San
Francisco leading to a continuing pursuit of painting. Currently my
wife and I live and work in Santa Fe.
